P-80® Emulsion Temporary Rubber Assembly Lubricant – 55 Gallon Drum
P-80® Emulsion is a biodegradable, water-based temporary assembly lubricant designed to reduce friction and installation force when assembling tight-fitting rubber, plastic, and elastomer components.
While wet, P-80 Emulsion forms a thin lubricating film that helps components slide into position more easily. This can reduce tearing, pinching, distortion, rejected parts, and worker fatigue during repetitive or high-volume assembly operations. After installation, the water evaporates and the temporary slipperiness dissipates, allowing assembled components to remain securely positioned.
The 55 gallon drum is intended for high-volume production facilities, automated assembly systems, dipping operations, dispensing equipment, and industrial users with continuous lubricant requirements. It provides an economical bulk format for plants that use P-80 Emulsion regularly.
