P-80® Emulsion is a biodegradable, water-based temporary assembly lubricant designed to reduce friction and installation force when assembling tight-fitting rubber, plastic, and elastomer components.
While wet, P-80 Emulsion creates a thin lubricating film that helps components slide into position more easily. This can reduce tearing, pinching, distortion, rejected parts, and worker fatigue during repetitive assembly operations. After installation, the water evaporates and the temporary slipperiness dissipates, allowing the assembled components to remain securely positioned.
The 5 gallon pail is designed for production facilities, maintenance operations, and industrial users with regular or high-volume assembly requirements. It offers an economical bulk quantity for workstations, dipping operations, dispensing systems, and repeated manual application.
