P-80® Emulsion Temporary Rubber Assembly Lubricant – 260 Gallon Tote
P-80® Emulsion is a biodegradable, water-based temporary assembly lubricant designed to reduce friction and installation force when assembling tight-fitting rubber, plastic, and elastomer components.
While wet, P-80 Emulsion creates a thin lubricating film that helps components slide into position more easily. This can help reduce tearing, pinching, distortion, rejected parts, and worker fatigue during repetitive or automated assembly operations. After installation, the water evaporates and the temporary slipperiness dissipates, allowing assembled components to remain securely positioned.
The 260 gallon tote is intended for high-volume manufacturing, continuous production lines, automated dispensing systems, dipping operations, and facilities with substantial ongoing lubricant requirements. It provides an economical bulk supply for industrial users that regularly consume P-80 Emulsion.
