P-80® Emulsion is a biodegradable, water-based temporary assembly lubricant designed to reduce friction and installation force when assembling tight-fitting rubber, plastic, and elastomer components.

While wet, P-80 Emulsion creates a thin lubricating film that helps parts slide into position more easily. It can help reduce tearing, pinching, distortion, rejected parts, and worker fatigue during repetitive assembly operations. After installation, the water evaporates and the temporary slipperiness dissipates, allowing the assembled components to remain securely in place.

The 1 Liter bottle is a practical choice for maintenance departments, repair facilities, production workstations, and businesses with regular assembly needs. It provides more product than the smaller bottles while remaining easy to handle, store, and dispense.

Common Applications

P-80 Emulsion may be used when installing:

  • O-rings and seals
  • Rubber hoses and tubing
  • Gaskets and grommets
