Effective Date: August 5, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AssemblyLubricants.com and purchases made through the website. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, submit false information or use the website to engage in fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect the business, our customers or our service providers.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, package sizes, manufacturer part numbers, prices and availability information.
Product packaging, labeling, appearance and specifications may change without notice. Photographs are provided for general identification and may not always reflect current packaging.
Manufacturer information, technical data, safety information and product documentation remain subject to the manufacturer’s current specifications.
Product Selection and Intended Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their specific material, equipment, process and application.
Before using a product, customers should review the applicable:
- Product label
- Technical Data Sheet
- Safety Data Sheet
- Manufacturer instructions
- Workplace safety requirements
Testing on the actual materials and under actual operating conditions is recommended before full-scale use.
Information provided on this website is for general product and purchasing information. It is not professional engineering, chemical, regulatory, medical or workplace-safety advice.
Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
An order may be declined, canceled or adjusted due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization problems
- Shipping restrictions
- Address problems
- Quantity limitations
- Manufacturer availability
- Other circumstances that prevent reasonable fulfillment
When an order must be canceled after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or contact a customer to verify an unusually large or unusual order.
Pricing
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing. If a material pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order or contact the customer for approval before proceeding at the correct price.
Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted unless the original price was clearly erroneous.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be collected based on the shipping destination and applicable tax requirements.
Customers purchasing for resale or claiming tax exemption are responsible for providing valid and complete exemption documentation before the order is processed as tax exempt.
Payment
Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
Payment transactions may be handled by third-party payment processors. Assembly Lubricants does not control the approval or rejection of payments by a card issuer, bank or payment service.
An order may be delayed or canceled when payment cannot be verified or authorized.
Product Availability
Availability statements are estimates and are not guarantees.
Products listed as in stock are generally available for normal processing. Certain larger containers and special-order products may require additional processing time.
Bulk drums, totes and manufacturer-direct products may require:
- Current manufacturer availability
- A freight quote
- Commercial delivery information
- A loading dock or liftgate
- Additional handling arrangements
- Separate payment approval
A quote request does not create an order or guarantee product availability.
Shipping
Orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected or quoted.
Most in-stock orders are processed promptly during regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be processed on the following business day.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address problems, holidays, remote-delivery locations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Assembly Lubricants is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping details are available on the Shipping & Returns page.
International Orders
Direct online checkout may be limited to United States destinations.
Customers requesting delivery to Canada or another international destination should contact Assembly Lubricants for a shipping quote before ordering.
The customer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges and local regulatory requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be new, unused and unopened.
- The product must remain in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- The customer must follow the return instructions provided by Assembly Lubricants.
Opened, used, altered, contaminated or customer-damaged products may not qualify for return.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by Assembly Lubricants or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Approved refunds are normally processed within three to five business days after the returned product is received and inspected. The customer’s bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Shipments
Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible when:
- A shipment arrives damaged
- An item is missing
- The wrong product was received
- The shipment appears to have been lost
- A package shows signs of leakage or mishandling
Photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label and damage may be requested to assist with a carrier claim or replacement.
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until instructions have been provided.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible when an order change or cancellation is needed.
We will attempt to accommodate the request, but an order cannot always be changed or canceled after processing or shipment has begun.
Special-order, bulk or manufacturer-direct purchases may not be cancelable after the manufacturer or supplier has accepted the order.
