P-80® Emulsion is a biodegradable, water-based temporary assembly lubricant designed to make tight-fitting rubber and plastic components easier to install. It provides strong lubricity while wet, helping reduce friction, insertion force, damaged components, and assembly effort.

Use P-80 Emulsion when installing hoses, O-rings, seals, bushings, gaskets, grommets, grips, and other close-fitting rubber or plastic parts. It is especially useful when a thin, even film of lubricant is preferred. After assembly, the water evaporates and the temporary slipping action dissipates, allowing the installed component to remain securely in place.

The 475 mL bottle is a practical size for maintenance departments, repair facilities, production workstations, and recurring assembly applications. P-80 Emulsion may be applied manually by brush, sponge, dip, or spray, and compatible spray tops are available separately for the 475 mL bottle.
