P-80® Emulsion IFC is a water-based temporary assembly lubricant formulated to ease the installation of tight-fitting rubber, plastic, and elastomer components in applications where incidental food contact may occur.
It creates a thin lubricating film while wet, helping reduce friction, insertion force, component damage, and worker fatigue. After assembly, the water evaporates and the temporary slipperiness dissipates so the installed component can remain securely positioned.
The 19.5 kg (5 gallon) pail is well suited for maintenance, repair, and production applications. This larger package is designed for production facilities and higher-volume users. It ships directly from the manufacturer to reduce unnecessary double freight and handling.
